1. All fees are non-refundable.

Important note for failed visa applications:

Obtaining Entry Visas is a sole responsibility of participants and failed visa applications are not eligible for refund.

2. If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, the award attributes will be shipped to your chosen address.

No event or date changes are allowed.

3. In order to maintain high quality of its seminars and conferences OAA reserves the right to change speakers, format and topics.

4. All matters related to the customs, payment of taxes, duties and any other expenses related to delivering the awards are the sole responsibility of the client.

5. To guarantee your place at the business meeting, we must receive full payment no later than 10 days from the date of the invoice.

If payment is not received within the given period, you may be put on the waiting list until further notice or the award attributes sent by special courier.

The policy as stated on this page is valid from June 2011.
